Ralph Neighbour III serves as a site catalyst, speaker and teacher for Mosaic in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Serving as the lead pastor of a church in Southern California for over 22 years, he has a wealth of experience in church leadership and character development. He is currently looking at cultural, spiritual and relational trends in the Inland Empire among the emerging generation. He also is a professor at the Southern California campus of Golden Gate and is on the Board of Trustees at California Baptist University. He currently live is Chino, CA with his beautiful wife, Pam, and two children, Nathan and Ruth. All three serve along side him at Mosaic.

Is this church considered to be the emerging church. I remember when this church was called Inland Community Church, Pastor Ralph why did you change the name.
